We are seeking an experienced Norwegian Speaking Leader who is fluent in Norwegian and English for our client based on the English south coast (Dorset).
You will have previous experience as a Team Leader / Supervisory / Customer Service Manager to lead and develop a team of Customer Service Agents.
You will coach and train the Nordic Workforce and ensure the team delivers outstanding customer support and service to customers at all times.
All interviews are via telephone and Skype.
Language testing will be done (spoken and written) in both Norwegian and English.
Salary:
Up to £33,000 per annum (can stretch to £35.000 for an exceptional candidate)
+ Bonus (10% KPI bonus paid quarterly)
