Established 27 years ago, our client aggressively expanded into the online space seven years ago and is now one of the fastest growing Internet retailers in Europe. To facilitate their Scandinavian launch we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join the growing Customer Services Team. The Customer Service Advisor will respond to customer contacts quickly and efficiently and deliver a high level of service to all customers. They will be expected to champion the customer and make sure that they actively promote a customer focused environment. This position is on a shift pattern (6am-2pm or 2pm -10pm) and will involve working one day on the weekend (9-5.30) Total hours are 37.5 per week. Shifts are usually: Sun ? Thurs or Tues ? Sat. Salary on offer isa dependent on experience and a 5% company performance related bonus on offer. PERSON SPECIFICATION: Must have excellent Danish (+Swedish preferable) language skills (written and verbal) The ideal candidate must have good written and verbal English skills Experience in customer service role Be self motivated Passionate about customer service Confident, outgoing and approachable personality Thrive in a fast paced & pressurised environment Demonstrate enthusiasm and determination Be proactive and forward thinking Excellent Rapport Building Skills Strong organisational Skills Ability to stay positive at all times Have good knowledge of I.T. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Dealing with customer?s queries across a number of platforms including phone, email, social media and web chat. Provide product information and advice to customers Resolve customer issues. Communicate courteously with customers by telephone and email in a professional and positive manner always. Some translation of products and web descriptions
