This is a key position which provides support to Customers and Service teams in all forms and media.
This will include, but is not limited to, field service engineer job creation, identification and collation of jobs and raising invoices for the work carried out in line with financial and customer satisfaction objectives (internally and externally)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive requests for field service jobs to be created, part ordering creation of purchase orders, service order changes, adjustments, along with routing of applications and service requests and cancellations directly from customers and service colleagues
Achieve and maintain rapport with customers to update them on the job status and give them the best possible service in all types of media interactions
Use SAP to retrieve customer information, stock status information, the status of service orders and to make changes as required
Assist in the purchasing and tracking of the parts required for the field service engineers
Work closely with the TAC Service Specialist and provide cover as a backup to the TAC Service Specialist where necessary.
Qualifications
Ability to plan own work and work unsupervised
Team Player
A knowledge of SAP order processing
Fluency in English + one European language
Strong communications skills
Sales – ability to sell and promote service contracts/products
Financial skills – understanding of basic finance and service profit/loss
Familiarity with standard IT tools
Understanding of the importance of standardised processes
Product market awareness
