Managing the Swedish Account Effectively

Our client is a leading manufacturer of specialist equipment. Their worldwide reputation has led to them acquiring one of the largest accounts in Sweden, and in order to manage this swedish account to the high standards of customer satisfaction for which they are known, they need to appoint a Swedish speaking Account Administrator to work from their Head Office in Northampton. The successful applicant will have a strong background in customer service and, ideally, some sales experience as our client will be winning more business in Scandinavia. Travel to the client on an infrequent basis will be required.

Naturally you will be competent in all of the common business software applications.
