Our client is a London based, Swedish-owned consultancy that provides advice on highly complex ownership issues.
They are looking for an experienced Swedish PA to support the partners from their Mayfair offices.
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE NEEDED:-
• Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken/written/read) is essential.
• Min. 2 years’ experience as a PA
• Have outstanding general administrative skills.
• Competent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
JOB DUTIES:
• Record all incoming and outgoing invoices
• Create invoices, pay invoices
• Prepare pay slips and pay salaries
• In charge of quarterly PAYE payments
• Reconcile expenses
• Handle all incoming calls, take accurate messages and forward to relevant person
• In charge of company driver and car
• Manage calendar, book meetings, meeting and greet clients
• Book flights and hotels domestically and internationally
• Arrange visas
• Research work

Salary:
£28,000 – £32,000
