ABOUT THIS ROLE:-
The purpose of this exciting role is to provide accurate and effective support to clients and customers.
Dealing with queries in a timely and professional manner at all times.
Candidates will be expected to take personal ownership and follow problems to resolution.
Customer care is at a premium in this high net worth business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Receive, action and process new business and policy servicing requests from customers by phone, email and from system generated work.
Ensure the Sales team are kept informed of all relevant issues with regard to their customers/clients.
Keep thorough and consistent system records.
Ensure all information given is complete and accurate and to check thoroughly the accuracy and completeness of own administration.
Develop and maintain product knowledge to provide a first class service.
Demonstrate and actively support the use of our clients values.
Assist with the training of less experienced/new colleagues.
Assist in reviewing, developing and implementing changes to improve customer service and working procedures.
