Leading the London Danish team with Excellence
The successful candidate will lead Danish language advisors who are supporting new users of a premium healthcare solution.
You will be responsible for ensuring that your team of advisors has the tools and skills needed to support our Consumers in various scenarios; meets all targets expected of them in terms of quality, service levels, and accuracy; and manages workload and task assignment to ensure that your team works effectively and efficiently.
We will rely on you to lead a high-performing team that proactively engages meaningfully with our consumers.
Supervisors are true ambassadors for the company. The successful candidate will be proactive, organised, detail-oriented, analytical, and have extensive people management experience. They will also have to work well within a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
Required skills and experience:
Management of shift patterns
Hiring of staff
Using systems to monitor the quality of service
Management to SLA’s and KPI’s
Performance management of agents, creating bespoke personal development/training plans
You will be:
A native-level Danish speaker
Proficient in computer technology and systems
Able to positively influence others
A great team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
