The role:
You will be a Brand Ambassador for the client you are supporting -a company that offers computer peripherals-, highly motivated, enthusiastic, target-driven, and fully focused on delivering results. You will be the first point of contact for both existing and new customers either by telephone or email.
The person:
We are looking for people who are great communicators and have some experience of working in a customer service/technical support team.
Skills required:
Fluency in written and spoken German
English Advanced/ Proficiency Level.
