The role:
You will be a Brand Ambassador for the client you are supporting -a company that offers computer peripherals-, highly motivated, enthusiastic, target driven and fully focused on delivering results. You will be the first point of contact for both existing and new customers either by telephone or email.
The person:
We are looking for people who are great communicators and have some experience of working in a customer service/technical support team.
Skills required:
Fluency in written and spoken German
English Advanced/ Proficiency Level.
Previous experience in a customer service / technical support
