Our client is a major financial institution – they currently have vacancies for NORWEGIAN speaking Customer Services staff.

Interviews in Southampton
DUTIES:
* Receiving and making phone calls from/to brokers/clients and branch office.
* Answering queries about policies, fund values, procedures and providing product/company information
* Processing daily business within deadlines, alongside other team members
* Providing translations, if necessary
* Writing letters/faxes
* Processing annual insurance review documentation for the client’s Norwegian customers which will involve preparing calculations, data entry, checking and despatching documents.
* Cash processing and preparing payments
* Ad hoc administrative duties
PERSON REQUIREMENTS:
= Fluent NORWEGIAN language skills (written / spoken)
= Excellent communcation skills – verbal and written
= Team player
= Excellent customer services skills
= Reliable, accurate, able to work at speed and to deadlines
= Ability to work own initiative
