The European HQ of this International company in Nottingham need to expand their Nordic speaking Customer Service team – could this job opportunity be for you ?
• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Handle and resolve enquiries/orders via email, correspondence and phone
• Understand customer needs, identify and offer most appropriate product/service
• Provide a world class level of customer service
• Monitor own performance undertake training to contribute to ongoing personal improvement, team and departmental capability
– Customer support experience
– Team Player
– Fluent Norwegian & Swedish ( read / write / speak )
– Excellent command of English
Initial Interviews will be by telephone
Face2Face Interviews at their offices (which you must be attend at own cost)
Salary: to £22.000 p.a (depending on skills/experience) + benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday
