The Job
– To assisting the Translation, Marketing and Customer Service teams with all related translation and communication matters.
– Translate and proofread everything for your local TLD (website interface, marketing and digital content, technical products, help pages).
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Translate website content, product descriptions, marketing and digital content.
– Proofreading and updating all product descriptions + the website.
– Assisting the customer service team with incoming email, LiveChatqueries from Swedish-speaking customers.
– Keeping the Search Marketing Manager updated on all market activity and opportunities within your specific territory.
Personal Specification:
– Native standard of Swedish as well as English
– Degree in translation ( or equivalent )
– Commercially driven with an appetite to drive a business unit
– Strong attention to detail with a strive for excellence in delivery
– Demonstrate experience of working in a fast past office environment as part of a professional team
– Ability to manage and coordinate changing priorities
– Understand ‘what good looks like’
– Capable of multitasking
– Able to get “stuff done” – hard working and self-motivated
